We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiter to help us connect top-tier nurses with fulfilling contract opportunities across the country. If you're highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about building strong relationships, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

• Engage quickly and positively with healthcare professionals seeking contract roles
• Match qualified candidates to open assignments within our network
• Construct competitive pay packages using provided compensation details
• Provide guidance and support by answering questions about contracts, benefits, and expectations
• Maintain organized candidate profiles to streamline the submission process
• Enter candidates into Vendor Management Systems (VMS) for contract submission
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with candidates and vendor partners
• Consistently submit 5–10 applicants daily for available positions
• Leverage social media platforms and nursing groups to attract top talent
• Contribute to the team by taking on additional recruiting tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting is a plus
• Ability to work independently while meeting daily submission goalsc
